Yes, buses will run from hotels to Welcome Drinks on Friday and the Wedding Ceremony on Saturday and will return to the hotels at the end of each night. Welcome Drinks (Friday): Bus departs from hotels promptly at the following times: St. Regis - 8:00 PM, The Westin - 8:20 PM, Waldorf Astoria - 8:30 PM Ceremony (Saturday): Bus departs from hotels promptly at the following times: St. Regis - 5:35 PM, The Westin - 5:15 PM, Waldorf Astoria - 5:20 PM Return trips will be available at 9:30 PM, 10:30 PM, and at the conclusion of the event at 11:30 PM. Complimentary self parking is also available at The History Center. If you choose to drive or take an Uber or Lyft, please allow around 10 minutes to give yourself ample time to walk from the parking deck to the Swan House for the ceremony

Yes, dress code for welcome drinks is dressy casual attire. The wedding ceremony and reception is black tie.
To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make the day adults only.
The wedding ceremony will be outdoors on grass. The cocktail hour will be outdoors on fine gravel. The reception will be indoors.
So that all guests can safely enjoy the weekend’s events, we’re asking that everyone attending be either fully vaccinated or get a negative PCR test before traveling to Atlanta. In addition, all waitstaff will be masked at the weekend’s events.
