Downtown San Diego

Downtown encompasses the historic Gaslamp Quarter, with a lively dining and bar scene, and Little Italy, lined with trattorias. On the bayfront, there are tall ships at the Maritime Museum and vintage planes on the USS Midway, plus shops at Seaport Village.

San Diego Zoo and Safari Park

San Diego Zoo is one of the biggest and most popular zoos in the world and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park is an 1,800-acre wildlife park. It is important to note they are located about 35 minutes away from each other, not together.
