Shannon and Ciara used to have pretend weddings with Barbies or while playing dress up and now Ciara is super excited that Shannon gets to be her Maid of Honor in her real life wedding! Shannon has always brought the life to the party and she will be sure to keep the fun going all night long! Shannon is also a super laid back person so Ciara knows with Shannon by her side the whole wedding will be stress free!
Alan DiCicco
Best Man
Matt and Alan have been friends since around first grade. Alan eventually moved into Matt's neighborhood later on in elementary school and they've been best friends ever since. Alan and Matt have had basically the best lives ever together with awesome experiences like skateboarding around the neighborhood, playing video games basically every single day, and racing a very old tandem bike around town. Despite Alan and his wife Meaghan (another one of Matt's best friends) moving to Massachusetts, Matt hopes they will fulfill his lifelong wish and move back to the DC area.
Jordan Ballagh

Jordan and Ciara met at Virginia Tech while pursuing Math Education degrees. When Ciara graduated and found out Jordan was living in Reston, Ciara knew she had to reach out. Jordan and Ciara started going to happy hours in Arlington frequently to scope out the dating scene. Jordan introduced Ciara to online dating and from then on Ciara always looked to Jordan for dating advice. After a few years of best friendship Ciara and Jordan moved in together (in to a haunted house) and were inseparable! Jordan is Ciara's go to girl for fashion advice and paying attention to the minor details of wedding planning.
Zac Parker

Matt and Zac became IMMEDIATE best friends when they moved in with each other during freshman year at SUNY Fredonia. You do not even realize how close these two are. The love between the two of them is very palpable and despite Zac living 7 hours away, he and Matt talk and play video games all the time. Zac and Matt swam together at Fredonia and therefore had to endure early mornings in the pool, ice baths, and freshman year BBQs that usually end with Matt and Zac wrestling in the corner of the quad.
Molly Maloy

Molly and Ciara met in college where they were both members of a service fraternity. Molly and Ciara both stayed at VT for a 5th year and they hang out frequently during that last year. Molly and Ciara love to go on bike rides, do jigsaw puzzles and watch scary movies together. Ciara is always asking Molly for good psychological thrillers to watch! After college, Ciara begged Molly to move back to Northern Virginia so they could be roommates! FInally, on Halloween weekend, Molly had found a job in DC and they got an apartment together in Old Town Alexandria. Molly and Ciara became big fans of karaoke and line dancing when they lived together! Molly is very creative and will always help Ciara with DIY projects.
Nick DiVasta

Ah, Nick DiVasta. What even else is there to say that the world already doesn't know about Nick? Nick cultivates an essence of pure power and raw testosterone that constantly shocks the world. Nick DiVasta has a legendary presence that all of Matt's friends and family are impressed by. Nick and Matt have been friends since kindergarten. When everyone went to college and a lot of friendships started to fade, Nick and Matt made sure that this friendship did not. Nick is the greatest guy in the world and is immediately likeable as soon as you meet him. He has always been there for Matt and helped him through some difficult times. If you're ever in a jam, Nick DiVasta is a super skilled martial artist and he will always be there to Stone Cold Stunner any of Matt's bullies.
Alex Pettijohn

Alex and Ciara met in 2nd grade, then again in 5th grade where they became best friends. and begged their teacher to let them sit next to each other. In grades 6-8 they were in different classes, then, during freshmen orientation, since their last names were right next to each other in the alphabet, they reunited! Alex would drive Ciara everywhere in high school since she had her own car. They frequently hung out in Alex's basement eating rainbow twizzlers and watching movies. Alex introduced Ciara to running and they would meet half way between their houses to go for a run together. In college, Alex and Ciara would get on Skype to watch TV shows together. Even though Alex has lived far away since graduating high school, Ciara has always appreciated their long talks on the phone.
Charley Arrigo

Charley and Matt swam together at SUNY Fredonia. They started to become super best friends when they moved in together during Matt's grad years at Fredonia. Charley is an amazing guy and he and Matt have always been there for each other. Charley and Matt often act as each others' therapists. The two of them frequently have deep conversations and always end up laughing so hard that they end up crying. Charley has helped Matt through a lot of different situations in life and Matt is extremely grateful for the friendship that Charley has given him.
Christine Reedy

Ciara and Christine met while playing rec soccer. Then in middle school (which is a scary place for everyone) Ciara noticed Christine was in her squad in P.E. class and was very excited to have a friend. Ciara and Christine stayed friends throughout middle school since they had a lot of the same classes. Then in high school they played field hockey together! They have been able to stay friends throughout the years because Christine is an excellent communicator. If your date runs off to the bathroom and you feel like there is no one to talk to, look for Christine, she will definitely find something to talk to you about!
Vinnie Ruggiero

Matt and Vinnie became immediate best friends when Vinnie taught Matt "The Scrotum Song" in 7th grade study hall. This song may have been the best thing that Matt's 7th grade ears had ever heard. As a result, Matt and Vinnie have been great friends ever since. The two of them swam together on the Greece Thunder swim team. Unfortunately, Matt realized that most of the pictures he has of the two of them were from high school or early college. But despite the lack of photographic proof, Matt and Vinnie have continued to hang out through college and adulthood. Now, like most of Matt's friends that live in NY, they stay in touch by playing video games. Vinnie has always been a good friend to Matt whether Matt needs life advice or a catchy song about male genitalia.
