Is there a dress code?

Answer

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a Fairfield Inn located close to the venue and we have set up a hotel block for guests! The address is: 10462 Blue Star Hwy, Stony Creek, VA 23882. When you call, make sure to mention "Douglas-Turcotte Wedding" to get the group rate. Please make reservations by April 25th, 2024 by 5:00pm. There are also several other hotels located at the same exit - Exit 33 off I95 - if need be.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will start about 4:00 pm. Please arrive a few minutes earlier so you can park and get to your seat before the wedding starts.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, they are not. The only children attending are the ones that have a role in the ceremony. Think of this as a chance for a date night and leave the kids at home!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There definitely is! When you get to the venue, there will be some one there that can direct you to where you can park.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of Course! We will be having a Taco Bar for dinner. This will include all the typical taco foods, especially vegetarian options. If you have any special food requirements please let either Sebastian or Christie know.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue restrictions, we can only have a certain number of guests. If you have not been told you can bring one, and want to know if you can, please feel free too reach out to Sebastian or Christie.
