We've known each other for 14 years, have been best friends for 10 years, have been in love with each other for the last 7 years, and have been together for the last 3 years. We first met in the 5th grade. He likes to say that he knew I was the one the first time he saw me. Of course I was stubborn and took a few years to understand what my heart was trying to tell my brain, that I just could not live without him in my life. For the next couple of years, the timing for us just never worked. After years in the the friend-zone, everything finally aligned perfectly and he made it out. He likes to say that he did the impossible by getting out of the friend-zone but I just couldn't resist his charm. I couldn't imagine my life without him. We are both so excited for our future together!
