In the Summer of 2014 Chris and I both decided to sit for the Introductory Sommelier Course. Being from College Station I had no idea the world I was getting into. Chris was working at Pappas during this time and was well on his way to becoming a sommelier there. Chris remembers seeing me during the course but I do not remember him. We both pass and go about our lives. A year later I moved to Houston to finish my degree and ended up gaining a job at Pappas. During my server training Chris taught my white wine seminar. After a few discussions we realized that our paths had crossed and the rest is history.
