Louis Armstrong International Airport
The nearest airport to New Orleans is Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY) which is approximately 20-30 minutes from the French Quarter. From Chicago, there are direct flights departing out of Midway and O'Hare. There are taxis, Uber/Lyft, and rental cars available. Uber/Lyft and taxis are readily available in the French Quarter. There will be shuttles from Ace Hotel to the venue and back.

UPDATE (7/12/24) We have updated the link with additional rooms for our room block. The rate remain the same ($285 with the resort fee waived) once you complete the booking process. Reach out to Christa or Parfait directly if you have any questions! UPDATE (7/3/24): Ace Hotel has formally changed their name to The Barnett and is now a Hyatt property. Unfortunately, the current room link does not work and we should be receiving a new link shortly. UPDATE (5/21/24): Ace Hotel will be transitioning to new ownership and becoming a Hyatt property effective June 18th. Rest assured, our group rate and reservations will remain secure.
