Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 21. If we do not receive your response by this date, we regret that we will be unable to accommodate your attendance. We will miss celebrating with you, but we must provide our venue with final guest counts in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we cannot accept late RSVPs. We appreciate your understanding.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Please check out the Registry tab. We are registered on Amazon and also have items listed at a few additional stores, including Target, Walmart, Etsy, and, of course, the Disney Store.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm. Please plan to arrive by 3:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request dressy casual attire for the event: Ladies: Dresses, skirts, blouses, dress pants Men: Polos, dress shirts, slacks, khakis Please avoid jeans, t-shirts, and shorts. When choosing your footwear, please consider that the venue is set on 30 acres of land, and some events will take place outdoors. While hats and other headwear are permitted, please exercise caution when removing them near Athena, as this may be triggering for her.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will be stated on your invitation as "Your Name and Guest."

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we are hosting an 'adults only' celebration, with the exception of immediate family. We hope this advance notice allows you to make arrangements to join us and celebrate our special day.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please check out the Travel tab. The DoubleTree by Hilton Willow Street Lancaster is the venue’s recommended hotel and is approximately 25 minutes away. We have also listed other hotels and campgrounds with cabin rentals for your convenience.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please list any food allergies or other dietary restrictions on your RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue, and venue staff will be on hand to direct you. However, we recommend carpooling where possible, as parking spaces are limited. Please note that the venue is located in a secluded wooded area, so trucks, jeeps, and SUVs are recommended. There is also limited handicap parking available. We kindly ask that these spaces be reserved for those who need them. While WiFi is available in the ceremony and reception areas, the signal does not extend to the parking lot. If you don’t preload your navigation before departing, it may take several minutes and miles to regain sufficient signal strength for your GPS. Since the venue is located in a secluded wooded area, the roads will be dark, making the return trip more challenging. You may have difficulty seeing or recalling the direction you came from.
