Cocktail Attire! / Black-Tie Optional: This attire is meant to bridge the gap between day and night! We want our wedding to be an occasion for our guests to dress up, however with it being August black-tie would be unfair to everyone involved. For men, a simple suit will look handsome. For our ladies, dress up to your hearts desire! However a full-length gown is not necessary. We will be in our absolute best and would love for you all to join the fun!
Complimentary valet services will be provided for all guests, we just graciously ask you to tip the personnel hard at work.
Though we'd love to see your children, we have decided to have an adults-only affair. We hope that with this notice you will be able to make proper arrangements and attend our special day.
We are very happy to say that this event will be 100% peanut and tree nut free. If there are any other dietary accommodations we can make for you please let us know!
The short answer is YES! However, because of some contract mumbo jumbo, cocktail hour is a cash bar, meaning the first drink of the night is on you... however as soon as you get to the ballroom for the reception the rest are on us!
We have elected to have a small and intimate wedding ceremony with our family and closest friends. Some of you may have received an invitation with a 6:00 start time, designating that you are invited to the reception and after party only (you will be served a full dinner and be a part of the open bar festivities, as well as the dancing and fun!). This does not mean that we do not love you dearly, it just means that we could not fit everyone upstairs in the ceremony space on the roof. We hope you are all understanding as this was a very difficult decision for us, but one that we had to make. We look forward to having you still come and be a part of our celebration!
