When is the RSVP Deadline?

Please let us know whether or not you’ll be attending by November 30, 2025 using the RSVP section of our website. (Texts won’t be captured—please RSVP on the site.)

What are your wedding colors?
Answer
Navy, white, and silver with accents of sage. The wedding party will be in navy, so we suggest guests avoid that shade.

What should I wear?

The dress code is cocktail or semi-formal attire.

Are children invited?
Answer
Our wedding will be an adult-only celebration with dinner, drinks, and dancing. We love your little ones, but this night is just for the grown-ups.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors in the Don CeSar courtyard. Cocktail hour and the reception will be on the South Terrace (a mix of outdoor patio and indoor dining/dancing). We won’t be on the beach itself, so no need to plan for “toes in the sand” footwear.

How do I get to and from the wedding?
Answer
The Don CeSar offers valet parking, or you can take a rideshare from your hotel/Airbnb. If you’re staying at the Don, you’re already there—just take the elevator down to the courtyard for the ceremony, then head up to the 5th floor South Terrace for cocktail hour and the reception.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving by 4:45 PM to allow time for parking and finding the courtyard.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Your invitation and the RSVP section of our website will indicate if a guest has been included. If you have a plus-one, you’ll see “Guest” listed when you RSVP.
Question
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Answer
We’ll be serving passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour and a plated dinner at the reception. Please let Ashley or Mike know about any dietary needs at least 3 weeks before the wedding so we can coordinate with the venue.
