We met playing volleyball in the summer of 2022. Our friendship grew through long car rides, weekend volleyball tournaments, and way too many 7 Brew runs. After one last lake trip in the summer of 2024, which ended with us falling off a jet ski trying to hit a big wave and laughing as we climbed back on, we officially started dating that August and have been inseparable ever since. Since then, we’ve spent our time playing late night volleyball with friends, finding good pizza spots, one of us trying to convince the other that Buc-ee’s is actually worth the hype, watching more sports than one of us ever expected, adopting our orange kitty Honeybun, and growing together in our faith. Through it all, we’ve learned life is a lot more fun when you get to do it with your best friend. After a long snowy week and lots of prayer for the roads to clear, Andrew proposed on January 30, 2026. With the help of amazing friends and family, it became a day we will always cherish. We are so excited to begin this next chapter of our lives and can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!
