When & Where

- K Place Plantation -
This hand crafted custom modern-day Antebellum home is located in southeastern coastal plains of North Carolina between Raleigh and Wilmington. Designed and constructed by the Kivett family, K Place Plantation sits on eighty acres surrounded by a six hundred pecan orchard and cattle, bordered by the Coharie River. The Kivett family grows Kiowa and Pawnee (paper shell) pecans on their farm.
In addition to farming, Jerol and Telia Kivett are 2nd generation owners of the largest “family operated” manufacturing company for solid wood pews, church furniture, and fiberglass steeples since 1958.
Brennon works as a Sales Representative and Catie works as Administrative Assistant at Kivett’s Inc.
Jerol is a Sampson County Commissioner and Telia is Chairman of the Sampson County Republican Party. These two incredible people not only help serve their community, they are also extremely loving and supportive parents to B&C.
We can't wait to see you at K Place Plantation!
