If you're an early riser and also lucky, you might be able to see dolphins on your way to Balicasag Island. On the island, you can go snorkeling and maybe swim with turtles.
Another island off Panglao Island, where you can either lay on the white sand or some activities like dolphin and whale watching. Bonus if you have enough time to at least stay overnight and immerse with the locals.
