If you're traveling from out-of-town for the wedding, flights into the Portland Airport would be most convenient. The drive from Portland up the coast can be scenic in a variety of ways-- take the direct route up north and see pastoral farmland, or bumble up the coastal route and make a few stops along the way for glimpses of the ocean.
Once in the Midcoast, there are plenty of options of places to stay! Nearby towns include Camden, Rockport, Rockland, Belfast, Lincolnville, Northport, & Searsport.
