WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

We suggest arriving about a half an hour before the ceremony so you have time to get seated and we can start on time (and thus, eat on time!).

Can I Bring A Date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Zola.com and Bed Bath and Beyond. All accessible by clicking on the Registry tab above!

Is there parking?

Answer

YES! There is adequate free parking at the venue. We recommend uber or a taxi so you can enjoy some drinks without worry!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail attire, but we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We are happy to be planning some additional wedding weekend events in the days leading up to the wedding. You can see additional details in the "schedule" page (coming soon) and when you RSVP via our website.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

PLEASE DO NOT. We're paying a wonderful photographer to do that for us, and even though we're sure you're very skilled, she will be photographing the ceremony from several angles. We want your face in the background- NOT your phone/tablet/camera. You're welcome to take as many as you want during the reception.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The daily high temperatures in Fredericksburg in December range from 64°F to 59°F, rarely falling below 44°F or exceeding 75°F. Daily low temperatures range from 42°F to 37°F, rarely falling below 24°F or exceeding 57°F.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I post pictures of the reception on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #PairingParrish so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
