When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please make sure to RSVP to all events before September 1, 2025.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30PM. Please plan to arrive at Calamigos Ranch no later than 5:00PM. Please consider that Los Angeles has a lot of traffic, and can sometimes take up to two hours to get to the venue if leaving from central or west Los Angeles. There are various "Rooms" within Calamigos Ranch so we request that you arrive earlier, if possible, to give yourself sufficient time to find and get to where the ceremony is being held.

Is there a dress code?

Please refer to the "Schedule" page for specific dress code for each event.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary valet parking on site, but we do recommend that you Uber/Lyft or take the provided shuttle if you plan to drink.

Question

Where and what time will the shuttle pick us up?

Answer

The shuttle will leave at 4:30PM from the Hyatt Regency in Westlake Village.
