Our Love Story

Erkin met Caroline during her final semester of nursing school. Although we would love to say it was by chance instead we have technology to thank! (However we are convinced based on our similar interests, our paths were bound to cross one day). Caroline was adamant about talking for sometime before eventually agreeing to meet in Philly where Erkin was living after graduating from Temple. Luckily for Caroline, her Matron of Honor and sister, Meredith, also happened to live in the city which made it much easier for Caroline and Erkin to continue to see each other. Erkin and Caroline's first hang out was at TIME in Philadelphia. Caroline of course brought her BFF and bridesmaid, Dominique, along for the ride. TIME amongst other bars and restaurants (El Vez, Tequilas.. just to name a few) would become a staple for Erkin and Caroline to visit during their time in Philadelphia where they connected over their love for food and drinks. Erkin and Caroline officially started dating just one month after meeting. Caroline eventually took Erkin out of the city and settled in Phoenixville along with their precious angel, Tiger Mack (future Djindjiev). Erkin and Caroline have continued to make tons of memories in Phoenixville and Erkin decided to make it official by throwing Caroline a surprise 30th birthday party in the upstairs of Great American Pub. About an hour into the party, Erkin took everyone by surprise when he got down on one knee and proposed. Caroline could not have imagined a better way to say yes to the love of her life, surrounded by their closest loved ones. We cannot wait to celebrate with you all in September. We hope you enjoyed reading what is only the start of our story.

Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Caroline Mack and Erkin Djindjiev

Phoenixville: Hang with the married couple after the wedding in their hometown!

Phoenixville, PA 19460

Take Saturday morning to recover, and if you're up to it, drive 20 minutes North to join the newlyweds for a day out in their lovely town. Expect to brewery and bar hop and eat lots of yummy food. Reach out to Caroline and Erkin directly for parking or other details. Below are some of our favorite spots in Phoenixville if you'd like to explore on your own. Great American Pub: Where we got engaged 🎉 and eventually took our engagement photos 🤎📸 Caroline’s go to: Cherry Lime Fizz 🍒 🍹 Vintners table: Wine flights and charcuterie! What more to ask for Caroline & Erkin: Sangiovese 🍷♥️ Il Granaio: Amazing food and the BEST whiskey sour around 🥃 Multiple breweries but to note our favorites: Stable 12: Great beers and bites: We love getting the chicken tenders and fried oreos. Can’t go wrong with the “Sugar Coated Pony Kisses” 🍺 Rebel Hill: “Scratch The Surface” is one of our all time favorite 🍺 Browns Cow: Love going here for 🍦

Valley Forge National Historical Park

1400 North Outer Line Drive, King of Prussia, PA 19406

One of our favorite places to explore! This is a very sentimental location to Erkin and I as we have had many hikes and bike rides over the years. When deciding on potential locations for our engagement photos, we knew that we had to incorporate Valley Forge. September is the perfect time to see beautiful foliage along the park. 🍂🍁🌿

Schuylkill River Trail

Schuylkill River Trail, Phoenixville, PA

The Schuykill River Trail has also made us many memories over the years. Erkin kindly purchased a bike for Caroline during covid and has planned all of the bike outings ever since! Caroline usually looks forward to a Phoenxiville treat after a long ride 😄
