Please arrive at the venue between 4:30 and 4:55. Ceremony will promptly begin at 5:00.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes, please see the shuttle schedule from the hotels below. Hilton City Center: Shuttles will depart at 3:45 and 4:35. Hilton Garden Inn: Shuttles will depart at 4:05 and 4:45. Return service to both hotels will begin at 9:00 and run until midnight.

Yes, parking is provided in the underground parking garage at Discovery World.
