Do we have to stay at Cedar Creek for 2 nights?

Answer

We have chosen to have all our guests stay at the hotel to eliminate any need for driving or transportation, and of course to spend more time with our family and friends on our special weekend! The hotel requires booking of 2 nights, and Saturday only bookings will not be permitted. Thank you for staying with us!

Are there a variety of room options?

Answer

Be on the lookout for booking discount code with the invitations! There are a variety of lodging options with ranging price points, from Queen, double, or king bed hotel rooms, and up to a 3 room cottage with separate entrances and rooms/baths that could accommodate a group of of up to 8, if you desire!

While we love you and your children, we have decided to have an adults-only wedding weekend, except for immediate family. Please reach out with any questions.

What meals will be provided during the weekend?

Answer

We will be hosting a BBQ Welcome dinner for all guests on Friday, in addition to the Reception Dinner on Saturday. The hotel provides buffet breakfast daily that is included with each room booking. We will not be providing lunch on Saturday, though feel free to bring food when driving through town Friday, or snacks are available to purchase in the Chalet.

Are we allowed to bring our own food and alcohol to the hotel?

Answer

Yes! Each room has a mini fridge, and some of the larger suites may have a standard fridge. Outside food or drink is NOT allowed during any wedding events (Welcome dinner, Ceremony, Reception, hosted After Party), but any personal beverages may be consumed outside of these times. The bar on site will only operate during Wedding Event hours, so please bring anything else you might want prior to arriving Friday.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Yes, all guests are invited to the Welcome Party on Friday Evening.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

All Wedding events are hosted on site, and lodging is in walking distance of the reception space. There will be a brief Trailer ride to get to and from the ceremony, all guests will be picked up at the Saloon prior to the ceremony. There are bench seats provided for all guests, and getting in requires a step up. If you have mobility issues and are unable to step up, please contact us directly to arrange an alternative.
