What's the dress code?

We request guests to wear semi-formal attire. Please note that the wedding is entirely outdoors, so please keep an eye on the weather. Ladies, the backyard will either be grass or gravel so please choose shoes accordingly. Gentlemen, ties are optional and no jeans please.

Will there be cell phone service or WiFi at the venue?

Unfortunately, where the Latimer residence is located there is very limited cell phone service and will be no WiFi. If you need access to a phone, please reach out to Carleigh or Clayton directly.

If I'm not staying at the venue, is there a room block or hotel near by?

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to capacity restrictions, please refer to your invitation for information on if you have been invited to bring a plus one. Thank you!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, no parking at the venue. We have arranged shuttles to pick up from downtown Ketchum. Refer to schedule for more details. Please keep in mind Ketchum is a very small town and Ubers are rare/nonexistent. While Taxi services are an option we strongly suggest taking the shuttle.

Why are my kids not invited?

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. We want you to have a night off to celebrate the night away with us!
