FAQs

The Wedding Website of Julia Kelsch and Caleb Melton
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re going for a summer formal vibe —think dressed up, and fitting for the season. For the ladies: Floor-length or mid-length dresses, or a chic pantsuit if that’s more your style. For the gents: Slacks with a button-up shirt or a suit, sharp is appreciated! We’re embracing the season, so feel free to play with light fabrics, fun summer colors, or even florals! Kindly no jeans, shorts, or t-shirts!

Question

What colors will the bridal party be in?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be wearing light pink, but please don’t feel like that color is off-limits—wear whatever makes you feel your best!

Question

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

All events will be outside!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation or the RSVP says “and guest,” then yes! Otherwise, we’re keeping things intimate and won’t be able to extend plus ones across the board—thanks for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our celebration will be an 18+ event—with the sweet exception of our ring bearer and flower girl. We hope you enjoy a fun night out!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 27th so we can get our final numbers to all our vendors!

Question

Are you registered?

Answer

Your presence truly means the most to us, but if you’d like to gift something, we’d love a contribution to our honeymoon fund! If traditional gifts are more your thing, we have a few registry items too—whatever feels right to you, we’re just so excited to celebrate together!

Question

Will I be able to take pictures at your wedding?

Answer

We have requested to do an unplugged ceremony, so we ask that phones and cameras be put away. Once the ceremony has concluded feel free to take all the photos and videos you would like!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking is available for all guests

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
