Several years ago, Jared and I were counselors in training at Hidden Pond Park Day Camp in Hauppauge, NY. We were friends at the time, but nothing more. Fast forward to college, where Jared is attending Cooper Union in NYC and I am all the way in Anderson, South Carolina. We start to reconnect on Facebook, and it snowballed from there. We would chat every so often, and even meet up with each other when we were both back on Long Island. Finally, in December of 2017, we decided to take the jump into long distance dating. Though hard, it was worth it! I moved to Michigan to live with Jared in June of 2019, and it's been wonderful. We then decided to make another big move and arrived in Philadelphia in April of 2022. We are looking forward to taking the next big step in our lives!
