It was a rainy, dreary day in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Most people avoid the beach when the weather isn't optimal, but not this couple! Under the guise of taking photos without a crowd, they ventured out onto the desolate shoreline, where Jarren popped the question in the rain. The rain quickly stopped soon-after and the beach was graced with sunlight and flooded with beach-goers.
