Are kids invited?

Answer

While we would love to invite everyone, due to the limited venue guest capacity, we cannot promise we will have the capacity for everyone's kids. If you are hoping to bring your little ones, please reach out to Ashley and Andy directly and we will see what we can do!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Similar to kids, this is entirely dependent on capacity. Please touch base with Ashley or Andy. If we have the space, we'd love for you to bring a guest!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Black tie, obviously. Kidding - beachy! Both the ceremony and reception will be outside, so we would recommend following the "resort evening casual" dress code (see https://www.jewelgrande.com/faq).

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

No, we do not have a hotel block. However, booking directly through the resort allows you to reserve your room(s) with no payment due until 30 days prior to check in. You may also modify or cancel your reservation up to 15 days prior to your check in date.

Can I still attend the wedding if I stay at another resort?

Answer

Yes, non-resort guests may still attend the wedding. However, we will need to know in advance if you will not be staying at the Jewel Grande, as there is a non-resort guest surcharge and we will need to ensure you have a guest pass for the day of the wedding.

Should I bring a wedding gift?

Please, no gifts!

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at the Sentry Gazebo and Pavilion at 4pm. A cocktail hour will follow (location TBD). The reception start at 6pm and will be held on the Pavilion Lawn.
