Please call the hotel and ask to book under the Molitor/Sutherland wedding. Rate: Thursday 12/11 $129 Friday 12/12 $259 *** As of 9/24/25 all of our rooms in the block have been booked. We cannot add more rooms. You are more than welcome to book a room still, just not through the block. They will not let you book however until 6-8 weeks out from the wedding date. ** Check in begins at 4pm EST. Please be aware the hotel will not give us any option for early check in. You may call the morning of your reservation and confirm if your room is eligible for check in as early as 1-3pm EST. The hotel recommends guests to stay both Thursday and Friday if you are concerned about checking in so close to the ceremony time of 4:30pm EST. You must check in by 9pm otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. We apologize for this inconvenience, the hotel was not willing to work with us on this. Hotel block will be available through 11/20/25.

We will have a 56 person motor coach bus that will provide transportation to and from the wedding and both hotels! Please be aware if you are not utilizing the shuttle that there is close to no Ubers/lyft in the area. Shuttle times are as follows in EST Timezone.
