Is there a dress code for the wedding guests?
Answer
Cocktail attire is the preferred dress code. Dresses, suits and ties are perfect! We suggest bringing a light jacket or wrap for our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
YES! White Eagle Golf Club has plenty of free parking available for all guests. Both self park and valet parking options are available. It is a short 10 minute drive from the Homewood Suites Hotel in Aurora.

Is transportation available for guests?
Answer
Shuttle transportation is available for the guests at Homewood Suites to and from White Eagle Golf Club. Please be aware that due to limited seating, you may choose to drive . The shuttle to White Eagle will board in front of the hotel and leave promptly at 4:15 pm to arrive at White Eagle at 4:30 pm. The return shuttle will leave White Eagle at 11:00 pm. Limited seating on the shuttle service is available to our guests on a first come first serve basis. More information will be available at the front desk upon arrival and check in.

Are there special requests for dinner options?

Please let us know if you would like to request a vegetarian dinner option. If you have food allergies, we will make every effort to address these. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate all dietary requests.

Do you have hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have a Room Block reserved at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Aurora, which is located about 10 minutes from our wedding venue. At this time the Room Block is full, however there are still regular room rates available. Please check the Travel page on our website. You will find more information, details, and our hotel link. You may call the hotel directly at 630-978-2222 for additional rooms available at their regular room rates.
