Can I arrive early or leave late?

Absolutely! We encourage you to take this chance to make a mini-vacation out of your visit to Charleston, and are happy to provide any suggestions on our "Things to Do" page that will make your trip unforgettable.

Are kids welcome?

We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding child-free, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate to the fullest!

May I bring a plus one?

Due to space limitations, only individuals listed on your personal wedding invitation are invited our wedding.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we appreciate the desire to capture our special day as much as possible. We request you enjoy the ceremony with us! Casual photos are completely ok. We are having the day captured by professionals, so don’t worry about missing a moment. We will share the photos right after the wedding! Promise!

Do I need to make room for any wedding favors?

In lieu of wedding favors, we have elected to instead make a donation to two non-profits that are close to us.

Do you have a room block?

Answer

In order to accommodate a variety of budgets, circumstances, and lifestyles we are not providing a traditional room block and instead encourage visiting our “Travel” page for some local suggestions to meet every budget.

What should I wear? What’s the expected weather?

Answer

From historical records and experience, we will be expecting around the low 80s during the daylight hours and high 70s towards the evening with a slight breeze from the ocean and intracoastal waterways. Would recommend aiming for comfortable, flowing, and breathable materials.
