For our destination wedding, we have chosen the beautiful Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya resort in Mexico. It is an all-inclusive resort, located approximately an hour drive south of Cancún. We are requesting that guests arrive at the resort on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at the latest. If you cannot arrive until Sunday, October 22, 2023, you must notify the travel coordinator. First and foremost, PLEASE ENSURE YOUR PASSPORT IS UP-TO-DATE! If you do not yet have a passport or if your passport expiration date is coming up, please note it can take up to 10 to 13 weeks (per the State Department website) to receive a passport, so don't delay! As a reminder we are not allowing plus-ones to join this event. Please refer to the FAQs tab for more details. PLEASE NOTE: Make sure your passport is not going to expire within 3 months after the travel dates to avoid any risk of not being allowed into the country.

Room Reservations

INVITATION CODE: paradise Please book your rooms through the link below (in yellow with the label 'View'). DO NOT BOOK YOUR ROOMS ANYWHERE ELSE OR THROUGH ANY OTHER WEBSITES. The minimum night requirement is 3 nights. If you choose to stay longer than 5 nights to leave your toes in the sand and a drink in your hand, not a problem! Please, let our travel coordinator (Amy) know so she can assist in making the arrangements with the resort. Rooms must be booked by July 20th.

Flight Information

The airport you will be flying into is the Cancún International Airport. Please plan to arrive October 21st and depart October 24th. Once your flights have been booked, please send arrival and departure information to our travel coordinator Amy at (877) 737-0177 ext 144 or by using the following link: https://www.classicvacations.com/gr/anneandbrendanwedding/contact-advisor PLEASE NOTE: You can arrive earlier than October 21st and stay later than October 24th however you must notify our travel coordinator using the information above.

Airport Shuttle

There is a 'Roundtrip Group Nonstop Airport Transportation' available for $103.75 USD per person. This is a private service offered by the resort. Only members of the same wedding group will share this shuttle with you. The shuttle service will take you directly to the hotel. This may be a minivan with only guests from the wedding party or a private car, depending upon the amount of guests being picked up. You will not travel with anyone outside the wedding group and there will be no stops along the way. Please, note that you will need to send your flight information to our travel coordinator by September 8th, 2023 in order to schedule your transport. Amy will contact you closer to that date with reminders PLEASE FOR YOUR SAFETY DO NOT TAKE A RANDOM TAXI OR CAB FROM THE AIRPORT.
