How do I book my room?

Please refer to the Room Reservations area on our site's Travel tab. PLEASE ONLY BOOK THROUGH OUR TRAVEL COORDINATOR BY FOLLOWING THE LINK ON THAT PAGE OR BY CALLING (877) 737-0177 ext 144. DO NOT BOOK DIRECTLY THROUGH THE RESORT.

How long should I book my room for?
Answer
Please arrive on or prior to October 21st and stay through at least October 24th. The minimum stay at the resort for this event is 3 nights. We can guarantee room rates and availability for 5 nights. If you wish to stay longer than 5 nights, please inquire with our travel coordinator, Amy and she will assist you. This will be largely based on hotel availability, so the sooner you book your room, the more likely you can stay longer at the locked in rates!

Can I bring a Plus-One?
Answer
No, we are not allowing plus-ones to join this event. We have a limited capacity as to who can attend the wedding and events and we want to keep the celebration intimate and between close friends and family. We have taken care to include significant others where appropriate.

What should I pack?
Answer
Please be sure to pack Reef Safe sunscreen, bug spray, your bathing suit, casual wear and an outfit for the wedding at the minimum. There may be some rain, there will definitely be sunshine, but most of importantly there will be love in the air and good beach vibes.

What airport do I fly into?
Answer
The Cancún International Airport. You can make a reservation with the resort shuttle service to and from the airport (refer to the Airport Shuttle segment of the Travel section) OR you can rent a car. Feel free to speak with our travel coordinator about reserving transportation to and from the airport. PLEASE DO NOT GET INTO A RANDOM TAXI OR VEHICLE AT THE AIRPORT FOR SAFETY PRECAUTIONS.

What is the attire for the wedding?
Answer
Beach fancy! Break out your gowns and beach formal wear. Suits are acceptable, colors are preferable! Ladies, feel free to wear heels. There will be a spot to store all shoes during the sandy ceremony.
