FAQs

If you have any questions or concerns other than what is listed on the website, please feel free to reach out to Brecken directly.
Question

Venue

Answer

Primarily - and preferably - outdoors! The ceremony and cocktail areas are outdoors, with only the reception indoors. However, the reception area is inside a big barn that we will move around to accommodate the entire wedding if needed.

Question

Parking

Answer

Parking is on-site and will be directed by the ranch owner. The area is dirt and surrounded by the cutest animals ya ever did see, but please be respectful of their space and safety.

Question

Food/Drink

Answer

We will be providing coffee, Long Drinks, Corona, water, and juice boxes. And what better way to celebrate than a giant pizza party for dinner? **Gluten-free and vegan pizzas will be available but limited, please make sure to tell us when you RSVP if you have dietary restrictions.

Question

What if it Rains?

Answer

April showers bring May flowers - so we will embrace the weather whatever it may be! We have a few tricks up our sleeves in case of bad weather but plan to bring your puddle jumpers just in case. :)

Question

Hooligans / Rug Rats

Answer

Although we recommend using this time as a "date night" away from the kiddos, they will be accounted for in the RSVP. Please ensure that they respect the event, the property, and the animals that live there. If you would like to use this as a date night and need help finding a sitter, Brecken can recommend great ones in both the Reno and Auburn areas.

Question

What Animals Will be at The Venue?

Answer

Scout - The rootinest tootinest hound dog Gizmo - The newest addition to the Wallace clan, a 3-year-old mutt who thinks he's a cat Bob - A massive, cuter-than-heck cow Samson - A mini horse that looks like Jareth from the Labyrinth Jonny and Cash - Goats (but not the fainting kind) Waylon and Willie - Donkey's that LOVE to talk Jimmy Dean and Oscar Myer - Pigs that love to be snorted at Moe - A goose who was born with a wing deformity at the Ranch and became a pet
