Can I stay at a different resort?

“In order to attend our wedding at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort, all guests are required to stay there for a minimum of 3 nights. It is very important that you book through our room block (BradyandSam), or additional fees will be assessed in order to attend the wedding.”

“3 nights, but we are hoping you will stay and vacation with us."

When are Brady and Samantha arriving and departing?

Answer

"Brady and Sam will arrive on Thursday, August 11th and depart on Saturday, August 20th. They would love for everyone to join them the entire time, but they also understand that everyone has busy schedules and may need to depart earlier. We are thankful any time you are able to spend with us."

When do I need to RSVP by?

“The sooner the better. All hotel stays must be made by 4/1/2022”

How do I RSVP that I will be attending the wedding.

Answer

All reservations will take place on this website. Just hit the "RSVP" tab. No need to remember to mail anything back. Remember to pick your choice for a meal, too.

Where should I reserve rooms for the wedding?

Answer

"Please make reservations using the link under the "Travel" tab on the menu at the top. It is very important, if you call directly, that you use the code 'BradyandSam' to book you room. We have negotiated great rates.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is beachy cocktail attire. It will be warm, so dress accordingly. Girls can wear sundresses, cocktail dresses, or anything that makes you feel good! The groomsmen aren't wearing suits, so we don't expect our guests to either. You may want to bring a light sweater for later in the evening. The reception is taking place on the beach, so it may get chilly at night.

What should I do if I can not make it to the wedding?

“You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly”

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

“Yes, we encourage guest to post pictures on their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hash tag ........ so we can keep track of all of our photos.”

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, you do. This is a reminder to renew now if you haven't already done so!

Any suggestions on what to pack?

Answer

Bring a nice insulated cooler, like a yeti, for the pool area. Towel clips for the beach chairs help to keep your towel in place and it helps to identify your chair. Lots of sunscreen as it is HOTTT in August.

The resort is huge - How do I get around the resort?

Answer

There are golf carts that take guests everywhere within in the resort. Call for a cart and they will pick you up at your building entrance and take you wherever you need to go. It takes awhile to drive across the resort, so plan accordingly. We always carry a few dollar bills and tip $1 a ride.

Are all the restaurants included in our AI plan?

Answer

The majority of restaurants are included. Quivira Steakhouse and La Frida are the only two not included for dinner and charge additional.

Are there a lot of dining options?

Answer

Yes! There are unique restaurants throughout the resort. In addition, you can go the the sister resorts in town and eat and drink at any of their pools or restaurants. To enjoy a beautiful sunset, make a reservation at Cibola Restaurant (located in the Montecristo Estates). The food is amazing and the view can't be beat. Do you like Sushi - You will love Tazuna. How about asian fusion? Try Zao Chen. Enjoy buffets? Go to La Noa. The Bistro is a traditional sit-down restaurant with a range of food options and is open 24 hours. If you can't decide where to go, you could try the "Market at Quivira." The "Market" is a high-end food court with a variety of options. If you don't feel like going out, you can order room service!

Can Guests Golf at Quivira Golf Club

Answer

Yes and they receive a 20% discount off of green's fees. Make your reservation as far in advance as possible. We have been told that the course tee times fill up fast. You can email "groups@quiviraloscabos.com" for reservations after you have made your hotel reservation.
