We recommend those guests looking to grab a drink head to one of the bars at the Viceroy hotel, conveniently located between the church and reception: Somerset (on the first floor of the hotel) and Devereaux (rooftop bar at the top of the hotel)!!
It is easy to fly into either of the major Chicago airports, O'Hare (ORD) or Midway (MDW) will work. O'Hare has more airline options/times and Midway is a little closer to the city and tend to have less traffic. Either way, you won't be in an Uber for more than 50 minutes. For savvy travelers ready to take on Chicago like a local, you might consider taking the Blue Line train from O'Hare or the Orange Line train from Midway, both of which take you right downtown for $3! **If you are planning on coming to the brunch on Sunday at the Wright family home in Wilmette, O'Hare may be the better option, because it is halfway between downtown and the airport itself **
Cocktail attire is appropriate! The first weekend of June can be summer hot or still Chicago cold so make sure to pack accordingly! Girls-feel free to wear short or long dresses. Guys-business casual, jacket, or full suit
