What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony and be seated no later than 2:45pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Your most convenient option is to drive to the ceremony. Afterwords you can drive to the hotel and check in if you have not already done so. We will then have a shuttle transporting guests from the COMFORT INN AND SUITES to the reception. The shuttle will pick guests up from the reception to bring back to the hotel. THE COMFORT INN AND SUITES IS THE ONLY HOTEL WITH COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE, you must be a registered guest under the Bourbeau/Meyer wedding block to ride the shuttle.

What time does the shuttle leave?

Answer

The shuttle will leave the Comfort Inn and Suites at approximately 5:15pm. Please confirm this at the front desk upon check in.

Unless your invitation specifically says "and guest" we kindly ask that you just bring yourself!
