Question

I am vaccinated, do I need to wear a mask or bring my vaccination card?

Answer

Short answer, Yes! Masking may still be required in some areas, even if you are vaccinated. If you have proof of full vaccination — defined as 14 days after receiving a final vaccine dose — or a negative COVID-19 test (PCR) 1-3 days prior, please, please bring a copy with you just in case - this will help us ensure we are following proper capacity regulations. If there is a vaccine passport program in place at that time, we will evaluate that option and communicate it to you when we can.

Question

What COVID-19 precautions will there be at the wedding?

Answer

*As of 7/6/21* We will post if/where masks are required (think public spaces like the hotel lobby, bathrooms, & bar Allegro). Tables will be spaced out with fewer individuals per table. In our private spaces (ceremony, dinner, dancing) we should be relatively free to mingle. Please plan on bringing a mask with you.

Question

What are the current COVID-19 restrictions in Chicago?

Answer

Chicago is in Phase 5. In Phase 5, most mandatory COVID-19 regulations have been lifted, including capacity limits, social distancing requirements and mask mandates at most businesses. Businesses and municipalities are permitted to continue requiring face coverings and social distancing as they deem appropriate.

Question

What is "Black Tie Optional” ?

Answer

Black Tie Optional consists of a formal evening gown, a dressy cocktail dress or dressy separates for women and a Tuxedo or dark dress suit for men.

Question

How do I know if I may bring a guest?

Answer

We would love to have everyone be able to share in our wedding celebration but our goal was to keep it intimate so that we can spend time with all of our guests. If your invitation address includes "And Guest", your corresponding RSVP form on the website will allow you to designate your guest's name and meal preference.

Question

Are children permitted?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.
