1. What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat.

2. What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

If you are visiting from out of state, Louisiana Septembers are warm during the day and evenings can be warm or cool. The weather could possibly be rainy, but we are hoping for sun!

3. Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (if it rains, there will be a tent) and the reception will be mostly indoors with outdoor space accessible.

4. What time should I arrive?

Answer

We reccommend arriving 30 minutes-1 hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

5. Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event (with the exception of a few family members) so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
