Yes, we are requiring all guests to provide proof of full vaccination against Covid-19 in submission with your RSVP. Please email your vaccination card to bavonlovesena@gmail.com. We will also follow the CDC guidelines that are in place at the time of our wedding.
For everyone's safety a COVID-19 test is required upon arrival and for each event based on California laws and immunocompromised family members and guests. Your results will determine attending the event for that day. Only those who have tested negative will be admitted onto the shuttles. STEP ONE UPON ARRIVAL EACH PERSON WILL RECEIVE MULTIPLE RAPID COVID-19 TESTS. Email results each day and at specified time to bavonlovesena@gmail.com. Be certain you have received your COVID-19 tests. If not or for questions contact: Leslie Jones at hello@lesliemarieevnts.com STEP TWO Please take your test upon arriving in your room and be certain to wait the 15 minutes for results in your room with out additional human contact. STEP THREE For additional days take the test 20 minutes prior to the time it's due that day. STEP FOUR Upload results by 6:30pm for the welcome party and 2:00pm for the wedding. If you forget to send your results, you will receive a text and/ or phone call. So, during this weekend, if you receive a communication from a different number than you usually do, please respond to it. STEP FIVE Your name will be on a guest list at the hotel transportation pick up site. Please give your name upon arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.

We are excited to celebrate this special day with our closest family and friends. We ask that only invited guests attend our wedding.
Staying at one of the preferred hotels is not a requirement but it is strongly suggested. Transportation to and from the wedding will happen from those hotels and we negotiate amazing rates at each location that might be hard to find somewhere else.

Yes, transportation will be provided from the host hotels to both events. The shuttle will depart at 7:15pm on Saturday, August 27th for the welcome party and 5:00pm on Saturday, August 28th for the wedding.
