We met as kids on the neighborhood swim team. Our families grew up together in the summers, but going to different schools meant we never really got close. It wasn't until 2022 when Courtney (Joe's sister) asked Grace to invite Joe to church that our friendship blossomed. Friendship came easily to us and it wasn't long before we discovered we could not see our futures anywhere but together.

On March 1, 2025 Joe took Grace to a botanical garden in Houston. She was wearing the dress she had picked out a month before to get engaged in. They walked through the garden and looked at plants and art. Eventually they came up to a dock in the center of a pond, it was here that Joe got down on one knee and asked Grace to marry him. They celebrated with their friends & family following the proposal.

We are excited for our wedding day & to have the opportunity to celebrate our marriage with our dearest family & friends. We know we have been blessed to have so many people in our lives who love & support us endlessly. Our love story is just beginning and we are grateful for the part our loved ones have & will play in the family we are building.
