What should I consider before I RSVP?
Answer
We strongly encourage that you are fully vaccinated prior to the wedding date. We have both received COVID-19 vaccines. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held indoors at Dusek's. While our guest list is small (~90 people), we have invited friends and family from all over the US. There will be guests in attendance who are more vulnerable to COVID-19 such as children who cannot receive the vaccine, the elderly, and other immunocompromised guests.
Question
If I choose to attend, what do I need to know for the day of?
Answer
Have a mask on hand. If asked, be prepared to wear a mask during any point of the wedding day. As of Friday, 8/20, the city of Chicago has mandated masks in indoor public settings, which includes our wedding. As much as we would love your presence, please stay home if you are sick in any way.
