Shuttle

Shuttle from the hotel to the Ceremony.

Hotel Courtesy Shuttle Policy: If your group would like to confirm shuttle services for The Westin Lake Mary, pricing for 2 trips to and from The Historic Venue 1902 will be complimentary between the hours of 7AM-10:30PM (**subject to availability**). A shuttle transportation request form must be completed 14 days prior to the transportation date for scheduling purposes. PLEASE LET SARAH KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BOOK A SHUTTLE AND FOR WHAT TIMES. On date of transportation the van will be pulled up 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure and parked in the Porte Cohere. Bellman will coordinate with the supervisor and guests in the lobby to ensure they are aware of transfer and introduce themselves as the driver. There is self-parking and Valet parking at the venue as well.
