Precautions for Covid-19?

Answer

We understand during these circumstances we want everyone to feel as safe as possible. As of right now our Venue will be taking the time to clean and sanitize throughout the evening. Staff will be wearing mask but the venue is not requiring the guest and or wedding party to wear mask. With this being said you are more than welcome to bring your own mask to wear but it will not be required. Our ceremony is outdoors with plenty of room to spread out and our reception will have tables distanced out to follow guidelines. We hope that this will not keep you from attending but we completely understand and want everyone to do what they feel is best for their health.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that our guest arrive at least 20-30mins before the event starts. This gives you plenty of time to chat with some guest and find the perfect seat. There is plenty of parking and a golf cart shuttle service to assist with bringing everyone to the right location.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we would love to celebrate this day with everyone, due to the cap on guest and alcohol provided we are asking for no guest under the age of 16. While we love your kids very much , we are also looking forward to giving you a night out to celebrate with us. Please do not let this effect your attendance on this special day with us. Reach out personally if it does and we will work with you as much as possible.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We do not have a strict dress code but ask you come in your very best as pictures will be shared for a lifetime.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do have a deal with Holiday Inn Express but you are happy to stay at any hotel of your choice.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be a ton of parking available at the venue. You may walk to the Ceremony which is a short distance from the parking lot or enjoy our complimentary shuttle service.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is not transportation available. If you plan on enjoying the night with drinking and fun we ask you to utilize Uber or Lift to transport to and from.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

This will be in detail on your invitation where you can RSVP for yourself plus one. Please keep an eye out for this.

What is an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is a time we ask that all phone and cameras be put away. We have hired two amazingly talented photographers to capture the ENTIRE day. Once the ceremony is finished you are welcome to capture your own memories throughout the evening. We also would love to see all your wonderful memories you made so please feel free to post with #BecomingTheBakers so we can enjoy as well.

Will there be a seating arrangement?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be an open seating plan. No sides on this day as we are all family at the end of the day.

Registry and Wedding Gifts?

Answer

We are currently registered at Target and Amazon . We are lucky enough to have so much established as a couple for house hold items so we will not a have ton of things listed. If you do plan on contributing to our life long future together cash and checks are very much appreciated but not required. Honeymoon and house hunting will be the next steps after marriage so all contributions to that help out so much.
