It all started in a little yoga studio in West Hollywood, CA. Bahia was working the front desk... Cedar had just returned home from Thailand. They both knew there was a spark but the timing wasn't right. Several years later... IT WAS ON! As Bahia rolled up her yoga mat after class, Cedar approached and asked her out on a date! They quickly realized how much they had in common, fell in love, moved in together, and got a fur-baby, Little Bear, to make life and love even sweeter!

Despite all of our yogic abilities, neither of us managed to predict a global pandemic would spread across the world this year… If we had, we totally would have scheduled this wedding for 2019 so we could dance the night away with you all! What’s that saying… hindsight is 20/20?! Oh the irony... We are heartbroken and disappointed that the wedding we had been planning and dreaming of can no longer happen. AND we are resiliently pivoting to find a way to include our beloved friends and family as we make our commitment official. We feel so lucky that we have a relationship and love that exceeds anything we have ever dreamt of and becoming husband and wife is much more important that any of the wedding details. So screw you Covid! We’ve also decided to bump our wedding date up earlier because a (highly likely) relocation to NY is on our horizon for Cedar’s work. It is important to both of us to tie the knot in the city where we met... surrounded by the friends who have been with us both through our victories and rough patches, individually and together. SO LET'S DO THIS PEOPLE!!
