Cell phone reception is poor at the venue and you will not be able to count on being able to call an Uber or Lyft for a ride home. We recommend that you plan for alternate transportation, or utilize our shuttle service which will take you to the Murieta Inn Hotel where you can either rent a room for the night or attempt to contact alternate transportation from there.
We respectfully request that you leave your children at home for the night. There is an abundance of water at the venue (creeks, ponds, ditches etc), and we want our guests to enjoy the night and not worry about their children's safety at the venue. For our out of town guests or breastfeeding momma's please contact Ashley and we may be able to make special exceptions.
Yes, we will be providing an open bar that will be serving a variety of soft drinks, non-alcoholic beverages, sparkling wine, red and white wine, and beer. The venue does not allow hard alcohol, so it will not be served. Please practice responsible drinking and if you plan on drinking we encourage our guests to take advantage of our free shuttle service to the Murieta Hotel where you can rent a room and spend the night. Let us know if you plan on using our shuttle service so we can plan the shuttle schedule accordingly.
Both our ceremony and reception will be completely outdoors. In late June we can expect that the average high could be 93° and the average low is 54°. We will be providing sun umbrellas for the ceremony and reception. We recommend that you stay hydrated by drinking lots of water (which will be provided). The sun goes down at 7:32pm and depending on your level of comfort you might want to bring a light jacket if your tendency is get cold at night.
