Swipe right for love! And like many modern romances, that's how our story began. After some witty online banter, we braved the pre-New Year's 2020 crowds for our first date at Mob Craft (RIP) followed by Steny's. Let's just say the conversation flowed as easily as the drinks. While our commitment to sports might be questionable, we knew things were getting serious when we introduced each other to our friends on Super Bowl Sunday 2021. Since then, we've enjoyed exploring new places together, connecting with each other's families, and planning for our future. We've also been each other's biggest supporters through some major life events. We both purchased our first homes, embarked on new career paths, and Chris even finished his Master's degree (Go Badgers!). Another huge milestone? Moving in together! Our dog, Charlie, is definitely enjoying having us all under one roof. Now, we're thrilled to start this next chapter, filled with travel, family, and lots of laughter.

We're so excited to share our special day with you at a place that's truly special to us – our neighborhood spot right on Lake Michigan! It's a location that holds a lot of meaning for our new family (and it's Charlie's favorite place where we walk to and swim!). Our wedding celebration will be a blend of tradition and fun. We'll start with a traditional ceremony and cocktail hour, then transition into a lively, social-style reception. Get ready to enjoy an "Around the World" culinary adventure with delicious food stations featuring some of our favorite meals and snacks, all crafted by our wonderful caterer. And, of course, we'll have an open bar featuring two signature cocktails: the Negroni (Austin's choice) and the Paloma (Chris's!). The open layout of our reception is designed to encourage mingling and dancing, and while seating will be available, it will be limited to create a more interactive and dynamic atmosphere where you can connect with all our guests.
