Matron of Honor
Liz and Veronica have been best friends since they were 12 years old, and was the first friend Liz made when she moved to Pittsburgh. Veronica married Adam's twin brother Phil in June 2021 where Liz was her Maid of Honor and Adam was best man. Veronica and Phil introduced Liz and Adam and quickly conspired to set them up as a couple. This wedding is a special day for Liz and Adam, but also for Veronica and Liz as they will officially transition from best friends to sisters.
Best Man
Tom and Adam have been friends for almost 30 years. They first met back in 6th grade when Adam asked Tom to borrow a pencil to which Tom responded "Fuck you" They have been best friends ever since. Whether or not a pencil was received is unknown.
Maid of Honor
Liz and Glenna have been best friends since 7th grade when Liz moved to Pittsburgh. Their moms were both late picking them up from school one day (typical), and Glenna kindly shared her umbrella with Liz when they were both stuck outside waiting in the rain. Glenna will always be the umbrella to the storm of Liz, guiding her and comforting her in good times and bad. When Adam and Liz started dating, Glenna quickly approved of Adam and fondly considers him a brother. It helps that they have the same last name, but are not related.
Best Man
Mike and Adam met in highschool where Adam helped him navigate the halls of Carrick High. They lost touch when Adam moved to a different school, but reconnected a few years later. It was as if nothing had changed and their friendship grew stronger. Adam and Liz lovingly call Mike their baby bird and could never imagine a life without him.
Bridesmaid
Liz and Lindsay met in highschool, but became close friends when they worked together at Barnes & Noble books. They became roommates in 2010 where lived together for a few years having several adventures together including the birth of Lindsay's two beautiful children, Desmond and Tahlia. On days of hardship it is Lindsay's hugs and food that Liz turns to, and on days of happiness it is Lindsay's hugs and food that Liz turns to :)
Bridesmaid
Liz met Alexandra (Allie) shortly after she met Veronica, as Allie and Veronica are twin sisters. Though Liz holds both twins equally in her heart, Allie has always been the Ravenclaw sister that Liz was looking for. Allie ALMOST named her first daughter after Liz, but whether it was the stress of delivery or the good drugs she mistakenly spelled Elizabeth wrong on the birth certificate and spelled it Annabell. Allie has made up for it though by being there for Liz always, especially when she was in England studying for her Masters.
Groomsman
Phil is Adam's twin brother and there is no denying the bond these two share. Though siblings often fight and these two definitely have had their fair share, the love and care they have for one another always shines through. No matter what obstacles come their way, the boys have always persevered and always together.
Bridesmaid
Liz met Christine in 2014 when they worked at Outback Steakhouse together. Christine immediately liked Adam when Liz first introduced them, and encouraged him to apply at his current job at Citizens Bank to which she was a reference. The couple fondly refer to her home as the Canadian embassy where they are always met with a warm hug, good food, and tequila.
Groomsman
Tom and Adam became friends when Mike introduced the two on a beer run to West Virginia. The two have had many adventures since then including attending many concerts, music festivals, playing video games, and discussing the latest music and movies. Adam and Tom have long since become friends in their own right and the day wouldn't be the same without you buddy.
Bridesmaid
Cassandra and Liz became friends in 2006, but fate made them sisters when Cassandra married Liz's brother Jason in 2007. A fast friendship grew into a real bond of family and shaggy nut pie (if you know you know). Their love for animals, crafting, cooking, and fantasy series has brought them closer together, but Liz is still not convinced that her daughter Jera was cloned from Liz.
Groomsman
The universe gave Liz a built-in protector in her brother Jason. He has always been there for her and is her biggest supporter. The two often discuss their ideas, stresses, and sometimes just the mundane "how's it going." It is unclear who loves Adam more Liz or Jason, but it is clear that Jason knew that Adam was Liz's one before she did. Jason is the one who gave Liz some of the best relationship advice: What's more important being right alone or being right with Adam.
Bridesmaid
Mackenzie is Liz's niece and though an adult now in her own right, Liz will always see her as that little baby girl who made Liz an Aunt for the first time. Her percerverence and ability to adapt over the years has made Liz and Adam both incredibly proud. Mackenzie insisted she be apart of Liz and Adam's wedding before they were engaged, and the couple is very happy to finally obliged.
Groomsman
Hunter is Adam's nephew, but Liz and Adam both consider him to be like their son. Adam and Liz have both watched him grow up into an amazing young man and are very proud of him daily. Hunter has refered to Liz as his Aunt far longer than Liz and Adam have been dating and is excited to make it official.
Ring Bearer
Aiden is the oldest of Adam's twin brother Phil's kids. He is very excited to be a part of the couple's big day. He has a huge responsibility of not only being a ring bearer but also protecting the ring bearers and and the rings at all costs! Beware, he is not afraid to pull out his sick combat moves!
Ring Bearer
As Liz's youngest niece, Jera is often confused for Liz's child. Not only because they look alike but because they act alike too. Her slyness and cool wit make her the perfect protector of the ring-bearer and the rings. Her death stare will stop anyone in their tracks! So don't cross her! She is the best shot, this side of the Mississippi
Ring Bearer
The youngest member of the Clark-Atkin family, Oakley is excited to be a part of the couple's day. He may be a little nervous, but with his big cousins by his side he is sure to stop the show!
Flower Girl
Diana is Liz's Aunt and she is so excited to have the most important role of flower girl! The couple could not think of a more perfect person to fit the role. Don't let her innocence fool you. She takes her job very seriously and will stop at nothing to ensure the day goes perfectly.
Officiant
Jeremy is Liz's cousin on her dad's side and during holidays and family gathereings Jeremy would take Liz to the movies, amusements parks, and the mall where he would make sure she always got to pick a toy or food she wanted. When Jeremy first met Adam it was made clear that Liz was to never leave him because the boys had become fast friends. Adam fondly refers to Jeremy as his homie-in-law because cousin just doesn't seem to fit their friendship.
