This is for the bridal party and immediate family of the couple only!
The plan is to get settled into the venue and practice for the wedding. Then have dinner, ending with setting-up/decorating the reception space.

Wedding

Cocktail attire preferred.
The venue is indoor/outdoor with paved paths and some gravel areas (parking lot). We recommend appropriate footwear for these conditions that best suit your comfort and needs.
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

The ceremony will be outside. We are hoping for nice weather but with a late October wedding it is hard to predict the weather conditions. We will have outdoor heaters (if needed), but it is best to prepare for potentially colder temperatures.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

The cocktail hour activities will be both indoor and outdoor. Light appetizers and signiture drinks will be served. The area is very picturesque, so once you find your dinner seats make sure to take a chance to explore the venue and get your fall photos.
Reception

Welcome to Cantina Clark!
The reception will be entirely in an indoor temerature controlled space. Buffet-style dinner will be served featuring your choice of BBQ bar, Taco Bar, or Salad Bar. Vegetarian option is a quinioa stuffed portabella mushroom.

Fireworks Send-Off
What better way to say your farewells to the couple with a firework show to end the night. All guests are encouraged to stay for the fireworks! The Cantina Clark's popcorn bar will be open for a little late night snack to enjoy while watching the show. A small bonfire for close friends and family will take place after the fireworks.
