It all began on a beautiful, mid-August day. One such that you couldn't help but daydream, wishing you were out on the golf course taking it all in. So that is kind of what we did... Danielle invites Ashley to get another round of golf in, meanwhile Vincent asks Patrick if he wants to chug some beers while driving golf carts after work. We were both all in! Little did we know at the time, we would meet our forever person that day at Big Met Golf Course. As Ashley and Danielle made it look easy, hitting fairway after fairway, Patrick and Vincent wore the treads off the golf cart driving side to side across each fairway fetching golf balls from the rough. Casual dinner and drinks followed but it was the game of golf that continued to bring us together. Golf outings eventually led to date nights filled with countless stories and heartfelt laughs. So much so, that we found ourselves closing the bar each night we went out! From then on, we knew there was a real connection between us... Golf, cooking, hikes, and walks with the pups all became routine activities we enjoyed. Every little thing we did seemed that much better together. Before we knew it, we were introducing each other to our families, spending Holidays together, traveling, and eventually moved in under one roof. June came around and we loaded up the car to drive to Connecticut for our annual long weekend with Ashley’s family. After months of planning behind the scenes, using discrete communication with Ashley’s Dad and one of her closest friends, Madison, the day finally came for Patrick to ask Ashley to spend the rest of their lives together. It was a beautiful night for a walk on the beach with a celebratory dinner to follow. We are so excited for you all to be a part of this celebration!
