We were both in band, but hadn't ever really talked much. Matthew had tried talking to me before, but I just brushed it off. I was at school waiting on band practice to start and he texted me. His text read something along the lines of "I got suspended today for fighting". It was completely out of nowhere. I responded and we sent a few texts back and forth. I then asked him if he would come pick me up and take me to get some food since I didn't have my license yet. He came and picked me up and we have been together ever since!
