Flight
This will be the closest airport to our venue, approximately a 20 minute car ride. Since this is a regional airport there won't be as many flight options so we recommend booking early! For our guest traveling from the Washington DC area, there are direct flights from BWI on Allegiant Airlines and direct flights from Dulles on United. For our guests traveling from the St. Petersburg/Tampa area there are direct flights from the St. Petersburg/Clearwater airport on Allegiant Airlines.
Flight
Charlotte is the closest international airport which will have many more flight options.This airport is a 2 hour drive to Asheville. Rental car services are available on site.

Shuttle
October 2, 2021 4:15 pm - 11:30 pm
For guests staying in our room blocks there will be a shuttle running from our hotels to the venue. The shuttle will run every 15 minutes from 4:00-4:30. Shuttle pick up will be at the rear entrance of the DoubleTree Hotel facing Vanderbilt Road. Shuttles will make return trips starting at 10 PM.
