Our venue is the Dumbo Loft, located at 155 Water St, Brooklyn, NY 11201 at the intersection of Water St and Pearl St. The building is immediately next to the Manhattan Bridge archway. There is some street parking available and a parking lot nearby. Lyfts/Ubers/Cabs can drop you right on the corner.

Kabbalat Panim: this encompasses singing, learning Torah, the tenaim ceremony, bedeken, and ketubah signing Tenaim Ceremony: the mothers break a plate together to symbolize agreement to the union of their children Ketubah: Jewish marriage contract Bedeken: veiling of the bride, rooted in the Bible Chuppah: wedding canopy that symbolizes God's presence and the couple's home 7 circles: symbolize the 7 days of Creation and represent building a new family unit Sheva Brachot: seven blessings recited by family and friends Breaking a glass: even amidst our greatest joy, we remember our responsibility to repair brokenness in the world
