When should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please arrive to the Salem Waterfront Hotel between 4:00pm and 4:20pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Where should I stay?

Answer

There will be room blocks at the venue. If you need one for either Wednesday or Thursday night please reach out to Salem Waterfront Hotel.

How do I book a room?

Answer

Guests can call the group reservation line at 978-740-8788 & reference the Sawyer-Jordan Wedding to place their reservations. Please note there is not online booking for room blocks and guests should call the hotel directly by the reservation due date on 02-08-2023.

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking in the hotel parking lot is for guests staying at the hotel. We have parking passes for anyone who needs them. Parking for guests attending the wedding is available at the Pickering Wharf lot on Congress Street or at the City of Salem’s South Harbor Parking Garage. If you need a map please reach out to Arie or Cory.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

The venue is where all the wedding events will take place. You will not need transportation to the venue because they have parking on site.

What should I do with my bags?

Answer

Welcome bags can be dropped off at the front desk 1 day prior to the wedding. Please try to refrain from putting individual names on welcome bags so our reservation agents can easily distribute. We can place welcome bags in individual guest rooms prior to check-in for a fee of $2.00 per bag.

Is there a dress code?

This is a semi- formal event. Please dress appropriate for a wedding, we can't wait to see you all!

Can I bring a guest/ plus one?

Answer

Please refer to the names written on your invitation, as we can only accommodate a certain amount of people.
